Medical Device Award Honors Long-Time Caesar Rivise Client

On September 24-26, 2018 the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) hosted the annual Medtech Conference of the medical device, diagnostic and digital health industry at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia . Our partner, Barry A. Stein, attended the meeting at the invitation of his long-time client, John E. Nash, who was honored at the meeting by Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA). In particular, starting next year the “John Nash Award” will be presented annually at the Life Sciences Pennsylvania meeting.  Mr. Nash was one of the two founders of Kensey Nash Corporation, now part of DSM, and has been a technological driving force in various other companies in his long career. Mr. Nash has over 160 United States patents in his name, at least 130 of which Barry drafted and prosecuted to issuance. All of us at Caesar Rivise offer our heartiest congratulations to John.
