Mr. Stein is a registered patent attorney, whose practice comprises all aspects of intellectual property law, including analyzing, procuring, challenging and enforcing patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, providing strategic intellectual property counseling services and handling all types of transactional matters (e.g., licensing, joint ventures, engagement of consultants, research agreements, etc.) involving intellectual property on behalf of individuals, small businesses, hospitals, research institutions and multinational corporations.
